I went along to the SEO Roadshow in London at the weekend.

What an event, really good to go there and meet various people. I got to see Ammon Johns and Dave Child again and met the other member of Cre8asite’s staff present, Peter Da Vanzo.

It was great to chat to them and some other great characters at the event that I’ve seen around and maybe had small discussions with in the past, but nothing too major, like Fantomaster and rcjordan who was one of the main organisers. The beer was also good

If you were there you know how worthwile it was, if you weren’t get to the next one and find out!
The general formats great, SE Representatives and sales people welcome, as long as they come to us and have to actually engage like the rest of us are engaging with each other. It works well and is fairly informal and open so you can go round and talk to all kinds of people about different things.

My thanks to the organisers, and especially for the kind mention of the Cre8asiteforums and champagne toast, it was very nice to hear those kinds of things said about something I’m so heavily involved in.
And my future thanks to those organising the next one!

I’m planning on being in Edinburgh next year, are you?
