Great cricket, great writing
I’ve just read Serene England glimpse the promised land about the Ashes and the way today has gone.
I have to say, that’s a wonderful piece of writing, even if it is very nationally biased 
The way it was described made me, someone who loves the game and has played it for around 13 years, feel warm and fuzzy inside. Perhaps helped by the wine I’ve had with my curry this evening, but still, the kind of story I’ve waited to read for years, and done well IMHO.
Hopefully Jones will now have properly confirmed his place, the other keeper choices wouldn’t have done what he did today, in a sense, it was as important as Flintoff’s century. If the bowlers do their jobs, he shouldn’t need to even try and catch anything
